General guidance

Florida humidity and bench circuits

Circuit notes often assume a cool dry lab. Here, boards sit in sticky air, and outdoor tests lose the afternoon to storms.

What this climate changes

High humidity invites condensation on cool parts brought indoors. Store sealed bags with desiccant when you can.

Test windows

Watch the radar before outdoor antenna or field checks. Planning language only — not a lab accreditation claim.

AC and condensation

Parts stored in a garage or car can fog when they meet strong indoor AC. Let sealed bags equalize before you open them on the bench.

Wipe the work surface after a storm day. Salt air is less of an issue inland, but damp dust still bridges pads.
